Kitchen/dining room with wood burner, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 with king size bed
Bathroom with P shaped bath with shower over, W.C., basin and heated towel rail.
Large enclosed lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars (on drive only) and bike store.
First floor
Bedroom 2 is upstairs with 2 single beds, ensuite shower cubicle and toilet. Both bedroom and shower room have low sloping ceilings.
Garden access
There are 4 steps down to the garden from the conservatory - see photo on home page. There is more level access along paths either side of the garden.
Facilities
Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WIFI included. Initial fuel for wood burners included. Welcome pack.
Restrictions
No smoking. Sorry, no children and no hen or stag parties.
Unfortunately the cottage is not really suitable for wheelchairs due to narrow entrances, steps and shower over bath on ground floor.
Staying with a dog
One well behaved dog is allowed to stay free of charge. Your dog must be supervised at all times and never left alone in the house or garden. The garden is fenced but not guaranteed secure so please be aware that your dog's security is your responsibility. We ask that you clear all dog poo from the garden before you depart.

I almost hesitate to post this glowing feedback as we want to keep Bella Vista to ourselves.
We first discovered it last October, (2019), and totally fell in love with it. Kathy has a wonderful property here which she truly loves and maintains, living in it herself for a number of weeks each year, so finding out for herself if there is anything missing. The area is peaceful and quiet and the dog-friendly beach is safe and clean with an easy walk to Filey.
Lots of local walks, eating places in Hunmanby and also the Ship at Muston are to be recommended.
Filey, Bempton Cliffs RSPB Reserve, and Flamborough Head are a short car ride away.
Honestly, I can't praise it enough, warm, comfortable, sea view and amazing sunrises. Thank you so much.
Amazing views, peace and quiet and a bungalow with everything a guest could possibly need.
A prime location for visiting the area.
Fabulous walks along the beach and headland.
Just sitting in the conservatory watching the sea, birds, rabbits and change of weather made our stay so relaxing.
WiFi excellent. Easy drives to Whitby, Scarborough and Bridlington.
Well stocked kitchen - every kitchen utensil imaginable!
